What awaits you in this role?

•Promote and embed Ford Otosan’s culture, values, and leadership principles to support cultural transformation.

•Design and implement leadership development programs that encourage continuous learning and growth.

•Plan and execute learning experiences using a mix of face-to-face, digital, social, and coaching approaches.

•Apply adult learning and motivation theories to create engaging and customized learning solutions.

•Foster a continuous learning culture by leveraging innovative techniques and technologies.

•Support employees in developing a growth mindset and self-directed learning habits.

•Co-create culture and leadership development tools and instructional materials with key stakeholders.

•Execute coaching, team coaching, mentoring, and reverse mentoring programs.

•Manage learning resources, ensuring high-quality learning experiences within budget.

•Collaborate with Talent Management to identify and develop future leaders.

•Provide employees with user-friendly learning solutions that support experiential, collaborative, and self-directed learning.

•Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, materials, and facilities.

•Monitor and report on training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation.

•Select and purchase training courses and materials in collaboration with the procurement team.

•Stay updated on the latest leadership development trends, learning technologies, and best practices.

What are we looking for in this position?

•Experience in learning & development, talent management, or culture & leadership development is a plus.

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields.

•Minimum 4 years of experience in learning & development, talent management, or culture & leadership development.

•Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).

•Agile mindset and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.

•Strong communication, relationship-building, and critical thinking skills.

•Business acumen, data literacy, and people analytics knowledge.

Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies

•Tech-savvy with an interest in learning technologies (LMS, LXP),

•Strong planning, organization, and result-oriented mindset with a focus on process quality,

•Learning agility and a passion for continuous self-improvement,

•Knowledge of learning methodologies, competency frameworks, talent development, and instructional design,

•Familiarity with ADDIE, learning experience design, and adult learning principles,

•Certifications in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Adult Learning, or Educational Technologies are preferred.
