Job Description

The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to position SegWitz as a market leader in web and mobile app development. This person will build and lead the marketing team, drive demand generation, and create powerful brand positioning to attract corporate clients, startups, and enterprises.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, with experience in SaaS, technology services, or software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with SegWitz’s business goals.

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (content, performance marketing, partnerships, and branding).

Establish KPIs and track marketing performance using data-driven insights.

Oversee the budget allocation for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership

Position SegWitz as a leader in web and mobile app development.

Develop strong messaging and branding that differentiates SegWitz from competitors.

Drive PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and speaking engagements.

Establish SegWitz as a thought leader through content marketing, reports, and industry discussions.

  • Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

Create B2B marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads from SMEs, enterprises, and funded startups.

Develop a Multi-channel Lead Generation Strategy, Including

SEO & Content Marketing

LinkedIn & Social Media

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

Cold Outreach & Email Marketing

Webinars & Events

Optimize conversion funnels to maximize lead-to-client conversion rates.

  • Partnerships & Networking

Build strategic partnerships with digital agencies, tech firms, and enterprise clients to drive co-marketing opportunities.

Attend and represent SegWitz at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups.

Identify collaboration opportunities with accelerators, incubators, and investment firms to tap into high-growth startups.

  • Client Engagement & Retention

Work with sales and product teams to develop customer-centric messaging.

Implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and referral initiatives.

Enhance the customer journey by improving communication at every touchpoint.

Requirements & Qualifications

? Experience:

5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or software development.

Proven experience in demand generation, brand building, and digital marketing.

Strong track record of driving lead acquisition and revenue growth.
