Job Description

Curriculum Development & Design Strategy

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of training programs and curriculum.
  • Develop and implement instructional design best practices aligned with adult learning methodologies.
  • Ensure courses meet WSQ, Skills Framework, and accreditation standards.
  • Manage end-to-end curriculum development, including needs analysis, content creation, and evaluation.
  • Oversee contextualization projects to align with industry and client needs.
  • Research and integrate innovative learning methodologies and digital learning tools.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure curriculum and courseware adhere to regulatory, funding, and institutional standards.
  • Lead internal curriculum audits and manage compliance with external accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee pilot testing of new courses and drive improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Support

  • Work closely with trainers, training managers, and subject matter experts to develop engaging course materials.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to create training solutions for clients.
  • Engage with funding agencies and industry partners for curriculum approvals and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong IT Background will be a bonus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • WSQ DACE / DDDLP certified (ACLP / ACTA is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, assessment methods, and competency-based education.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning technologies.
  • Excellent research, project management, and communication skills.
