Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Coordination
Ø Assist the hunting sales team with lead management, data entry, and follow-ups.
Ø Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
Ø Prepare and manage sales reports, contracts, and proposals.
Ø Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for smooth sales processing.
- Documentation & Record Management
Ø Handle customer documentation, contracts, and agreements efficiently.
Ø Ensure all sales documents comply with company policies and telecom industry regulations.
Ø Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, deals, and approvals.
- Communication & Support
Ø Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments for approvals and escalations.
Ø Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and assist in resolving administrative issues.
Ø Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and handling travel logistics.
- Reporting & Analysis
Ø Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to track team performance.
Ø Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Ø Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Ø 2+ years of experience in a back-office, sales support, or administrative role (preferably in telecom).
Ø Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Ø Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ø Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Ø Good communication skills and attention to detail.
