Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases with accurate and timely information.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to develop and implement effective hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is an added advantage.
