Staff Process QC (ShiftOprn)

• Es s e nti a l: Diploma in Chemical Engineering & Cement Technology /M. Sc. /B. Sc.
• Preferably: Diploma in Building Materials & Cement Technology
• Candidate having 3-5 years of experience of plant and CCR operation and should have capability to handle the entire plant shift operation in coordination with mechanical, E&I and QC department. Must have knowledge of equipment trouble shooting, Budget preparation, Improvement projects, Power saving initiatives and strict compliance of safety standards.

Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills

• 1. Capable to handle the CCR shift operation.
• 2. Monitoring & optimization of process parameters, with the desired quality requirements.
• 3. Analysis of process parameter trends of the running plant & trouble shooting.
• 4. Good knowledge of SAP – production booking, stoppage booking, stock balancing.
• 5. Good knowledge of Process checks i.e. chamber sampling, circuit sampling, trials, audits of cement mill.
• 6. Plant operation in maximum production capacity with minimum power consumption.
• 7. Knowledge of grinding media charging in Ball Mill.
• 8. Good awareness about WCM/ISO related activities.
• 9. Good awareness about Safety standards & Procedure and capable to implement at site.
