Fluz is looking for a social media manager to manage Fluz’s social media platforms. The ideal candidate will work with the growth team – including communications and customer success to develop strategies and lead initiatives for social media. They will provide performance insights to optimize the social media program and opportunities to expand our brand’s footprint across all social platforms. The right candidate is a hungry, creative, and an effective marketer with leadership qualities and a strategic view towards growth.

What you will do

  • Create, maintain and execute a strategically driven content calendar across all social media platforms and execute the day-to-day process of scheduling and posting.
  • Manage social media accounts, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Tiktok
  • Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media and align with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Stay current on social media trends and emerging platforms to strategically expand brand awareness in social channels.
  • Engage with the community on the social media platforms and manage all queries by using brand voice.
  • Coordinate with the growth, communications and customer success teams to align on promotions and campaigns
  • Work with the growth team to make sure all social media accounts are aligned with overarching brand messaging.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a strategy to increase our social media accounts’ engagement rate.
  • Analyze data for our social media accounts and make changes to improve performance.

Technical Requirements

Personality Requirement

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, or digital marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing social media channels leveraging data and insights to develop content, drive follower acquisition and engagement
  • Extensive knowledge in social media channels such as Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging platforms.
  • Knowledge on social trends, with a demonstrated experience utilizing data-driven insights, industry trends and market research to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the user experience
  • Experience in building, executing and measuring social media content and campaigns and building community engagement.
  • Data and web metrics analytical skills.

Our Tech Stack

Our Mobile application is built with React Native and Apollo on the Front End. Backend is built with Node.JS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis deployed on GCP through CI and Docker Images. GitLab version control hosted on GCloud. We are using Bitrise for our CI tool and Apache for load testing.
