We are looking for someone to maintain the company books through Quickbooks online. This candidate will need book keeping experience, attention to detail and a passion for start ups.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a retail and/or Ecommerce business. This position will require you to keep accurate track of all transactions within our business.
What you will do
- Recording all transactions in company general ledger
- Working with our CPA to review reconciliations
- Working with executive teams to prepare monthly financial statements
- Working with executive team to maintain and update company forecasts
- Supporting executive team with planning, organization and scheduling
Technical Requirements
- Experience using Quick Books
- Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
- Experience in either a retail or ecommerce business in the book keeping function
- Extremely detail oriented and structured
- Entrepreneurial mindset with abilities to problem solve
- Passion for quality systems, efficiency and innovation
- Education – Bachelors Degree
