Location: Mebane, NC
Shift: 1st, 8:00a – 4:00p (occasional weekends)
Job Purpose
The Inventory Analyst will oversee inventory for our Material Prep department. This role will involve both system-generated and manual stock movements. This individual will work with leadership and the Inventory Control team to correct inventory disputes. The right candidate will be a quick learner that adapts to their environment quickly and has strong problem-solving skills. The right candidate will be an organized, self-motivated individual who can multitask between numerous tasks while working efficiently.

Responsibilities
Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties
- Run daily reports to identify inventory that needs to be moved to bins.
- Create and complete manual requests for inventory moves. This includes physically moving stock to designated bins based on reports.
- Identify and communicate inventory issues.
- Investigate and resolve incomplete moves in SAP
- Help find solutions when inventory is missing.
- Closely monitor Transfer Order (TO) reports to keep inventory and orders moving to meet customer’s expectation
- Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean daily.
- Work in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Prior SAP experience is a plus.
- Initiative, adaptability, and patience are a must within the role.
- Must have high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
- Must be problem solver
- Must have computers skills, including experience in Microsoft Office
- Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Microsoft Excel is critical
- Must be proficient in English. Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
Other Physical Requirements
- Vision (Near, Distance, Peripheral) and ability to distinguish colors.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to lift, push and or pull 50 lbs
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time
