Job Description
- Sourcing & Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for goods and services required by the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers and seek new suppliers to improve the company’s procurement options.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency are consistently met.
- Purchasing & Inventory Control:
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including requisitions, orders, purchase agreements, and follow-up to ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure that products are available as needed, without overstocking.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Cost Management & Reporting:
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain procurement reports, tracking spending, trends, and supplier performance to ensure budget compliance.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure all procurement activities align with company budgets and financial goals.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Mitigate risks related to procurement by conducting supplier audits and ensuring proper documentation for all contracts and agreements.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MUST able to speak, read and understand MANDARIN.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost optimization strategies.
