Vice President, Recruiting – the role is based in Dallas, TX
As the Vice President, Recruiting, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Locum Tenens physician recruitment. Leading a diverse team of accomplished leaders and recruiters, you will craft and implement inclusive and forward-thinking recruitment strategies that attract premier talent, drive business growth, and improve the overall client and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Drive Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: Collaborate with division leadership to forecast workforce demands and implement data-driven strategies that optimize recruitment performance, improve fill rates, and support long-term business growth.
- Drive Operational and Financial Results: Implement recruitment strategies that align with revenue, margin, and budget objectives, increasing return on investment from lead sources while improving overall efficiency.
- Lead with Vision and Accountability: Establish clear performance expectations and cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement to elevate team performance and outcomes.
- Empower and Develop Talent: Apply leadership development, training, and succession planning to cultivate a high-performing team that is engaged, adaptable, and ready for future challenges.
- Optimize Talent and Retention: Lead all aspects of the design and execution of sourcing, recruitment, and retention strategies that build and sustain a strong pipeline of high-caliber physicians, including targeted specialty expansion efforts.
- Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote a culture of partnership by collaborating with key business leaders to unlock new growth opportunities and align recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of staffing agency experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of dynamic leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading leaders.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse teams and developing high-performing leaders.
- Expertise in using technology, AI, enterprise software, and cloud platforms to optimize recruitment processes.
- Healthcare recruitment or healthcare systems experience preferred.
- This is not a corporate Talent Acquisition role.

Pay Rate
$132,000 – $165,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
