We are seeking a Retail Acquisition & Recruitment Manager to drive new business development by identifying and onboarding independent business owners and sales entrepreneurs for Video, Internet, and Mobility services (DIRECTV, Spectrum, Xfinity, Optimum, Windstream, Frontier, Earthlink).

This role is ideal for a Quota-Crushing Sales Professional with a hunter mentality and expertise in sales recruitment, lead generation, fundraising, headhunting, recruitment marketing or business development.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive partner acquisition efforts for DIRECTV, Spectrum, Optimum, Xfinity, Windstream, Frontier, Earthlink, and other broadband, Video and mobility programs.

  • Work with Outside Territory Managers and our Marketing team to expand in high-growth areas, leveraging multi-channel marketing (job boards, Channel Partners, social media, paid ads).

  • Build and maintain lead lists to attract entrepreneurs interested in selling residential connectivity solutions.

  • Branding & Outreach – Strengthen our corporate reputation through compelling content, social media, and digital storytelling to position our company as the best opportunity for independent partners.

  • Work with our internal onboarding team on new entrepreneurial prospects.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, external vendors, and leadership to optimize advertising and recruitment tactics.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience

  • Two to four years related experience in a related role preferred.
  • OR three to five years of related experience in a partner acquisition role preferred.
  • OR General knowledge of business practices and terms.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage high-level professionals
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Business Business Partners.

Preferred Skills

  • Working experience using SalesForce and Microsoft BI are a plus.
  • Proven success in utilizing Digital & Traditional Media Channels for recruiting is a plus.
  • hands-on experience in digital campaigns, job board advertising, and employer branding, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic advertising tools is a plus.
