What Youll Be Doing:

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Law No. 6331 and ISO 45001 standards
• Conduct HSE inspections across micro-fulfillment centers and logistics sites
• Implement waste management and sustainability practices in line with environmental regulations
• Perform risk assessments and take action to prevent workplace incidents, including fire and fatal accidents
• Track and report HSE performance across all warehouses, providing improvement recommendations
• Utilize Google Sheets and office programs for reporting and documentation
• Conduct on-site visits across Türkiye, with occasional overnight stays if required

What youll bring:

• Minimum B-Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certification (C-Class will not be accepted)
• At least 5 years of hands-on field experience in logistics, retail, or warehouse environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, environmental regulations, and waste management
• Active driver with mobility flexibility
• Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and fast-changing priorities Calm, solution-oriented approach in crisis situations
