2D Artist – Thailand Relocation

We are a rapidly expanding company in the gaming industry, recently celebrating a successful product launch in Bangkok. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced 2D Artist to join our team and focus on enhancing payment systems for our gaming products.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling game graphics, including textures, illustrations, and concepts, meeting project requirements.
• Adapt to diverse art styles, such as pixel art, cartoon, realistic, and illustrative designs.
• Maintain high-quality standards in line with Lead and Art Manager direction.
• Mentor junior artists, providing guidance and support.
• Visualize abstract ideas and collaborate effectively with the team on projects of all sizes. Maintain existing game assets and create marketing materials.

Must-Have Requirements:

• A strong passion for video games.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English for professional communication.
• Proven ability to design backgrounds, characters, UI/UX elements, and logos.
• Advanced skills in using Wacom tablets.
• Expert proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; proficiency in VFX and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Zeplin.
• Ability to work independently and design both characters and environments.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines on ambitious projects.
• Solid understanding of game development pipelines and processes.
• Knowledge of various game types, platforms, and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Spine animation software.

At this time, we are unable to offer remote options. All candidates must be based in Bangkok to begin their roles.
