Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group CPR training sessions, ensuring participants gain a thorough understanding of essential techniques.
• Develop and regularly update training materials to align with the latest CPR guidelines and best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional guidance to participants to enhance their learning experience.
• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and recommend improvements to optimize participant engagement and understanding.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and healthcare professionals to maintain current and relevant training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance and performance evaluations.
• Stay informed about the latest CPR research and integrate relevant findings into training sessions.

Required Skills

• Certification as a CPR Instructor from a recognized entity such as the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to effectively train individuals from various backgrounds.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current CPR guidelines and the ability to convey this information effectively.
• Experience in adult education, with a proven track record of developing impactful training materials.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing training documentation.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Hawaii for training sessions.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of \(60,000 to \)65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package. For Hawaii-based candidates, we provide flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, and we welcome remote applicants from the U.S. mainland who can work in Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
