Finance Manager (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Timely, Accurate and High-Quality Month Close, including Consolidation.

2. Analyzing monthly Balance sheet, Profit & loss, Cash flow statement and other

business and operational metrics

3. Financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and data analysis,

using excel and / or various reporting tools.

4. Comfortable with Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Asset accounting.

5. Assist in Internal and External Audits

6. Comfortable with Excel Formula, Pivots, Power-point, Google sheet etc.

7. Preparation of variance analysis by actual v/s forecast and actual v/s Budget on

monthly basis across financial statements.

8. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to understand monthly variances and using

these inputs to arrive at reliable forecast numbers.

9. Ensuring the effective presentation of management financials and budgets

10. Exposure to working with CRM / accounting tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, tableau

etc.

Desired skills and Experience:

1) 2-3 Years of Works Experience

2) Worked in Corporate Office or Business Facing Roles

3) Relevant Sectors – IT / ITES / Edtech / E-Commerce / SaaS

4) Advanced Excel Skills

5) Good Communication Skills

MBA in Finance is a must
