Job Description
The Sales Support Officer is responsible for any deficiency, approval and compliance of loan documents. He / She supports and works hand-in-hand with Business Sales Officers and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of loans requirements, movement of CLAs in the application/credit process without delay, consolidate and prepare sales reports, forecast monthly booking and strategizes and orchestrates prioritization of accounts, supervises the activities and task of Marketing Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Consolidates sales reports
- Coordinates directly with customers for the completion of requirements
- Reviews loan requirements and ensures its completeness
- Ensures CLAs move in the application/credit process without delay
- Coordinates with Fulfilment for the documentation and implementation of approval
- Forecasts monthly booking and strategizes and orchestrates prioritization of accounts to ensure attainment of booking target
- Supervises the activities and task delivery of the Marketing Assistant to make sure all CLAs are properly acted upon
- Ensures that loan documents are complete and properly executed by the Customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business Studies/ Marketing/ Management
- Preferably with at least three years of experience in banking operations
- With extensive credit skills and bank product knowledge
- Has excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
