Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Sr. Strategic Consultant to join the Strategic Management team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.
As a consultant to Executive and Senior Leaders, this role advances Baptist Health’s Strategic Operating Plan by managing multiple complex strategic projects from their initial development through the entire project lifecycle. It involves leading cross-functional project teams, developing and monitoring KPIs, and facilitating problem-solving through strategy formulation. The consultant will identify and escalate barriers through regular status updates to executive leaders. Ability to resolve more complex issues; provides guidance to junior team members.
