Description:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
– Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to deliver on client expectations.
– Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
– Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
