Description:
– Acts as the right hand to the senior leadership in all commercial operations.
– Leads KPI monitoring and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
– Captures go-to-market (GTM) strategies and coordinates with all support functions to compile and document requests.
– Streamlines commercial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial operations or a related field.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
– Proven leadership and team management experience.
– Proficiency in project management and business analytics tools.
– Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and levels.
– Strong understanding of GTM strategies and KPI frameworks.
