Associate – Projects

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Python along with a strong understanding of Industry Essentials. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position is for the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making
• Utilize Python for data manipulation analysis and visualization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
• Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data solutions and make improvements as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
• Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in data analysis techniques and tools
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies

Qualifications

• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations
• Have experience in performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to derive insights
• Show expertise in Python for data manipulation analysis and visualization
• Exhibit a solid understanding of Industry Essentials and their application in data analysis
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
• Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
