Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s overarching business strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

  • Define and communicate the company’s vision and mission, ensuring alignment across all departments.

  • Identify and capitalize on emerging digital trends to drive growth and innovation.

Operational Oversight

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, integrating SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.

  • Enhance the customer experience (CX) and digital user journey to strengthen brand engagement.

  • Leverage data analytics to track and refine marketing performance, optimizing customer acquisition and retention.

  • Oversee business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and achievement of key objectives.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the effective allocation of resources.

  • Drive financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

  • Provide regular financial updates and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Leadership & Organizational Culture

  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing leadership team.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, governance standards, and ethical best practices.

  • Identify and mitigate potential business risks proactively.

  • Decision-Making & Problem-SolvingMake high-level strategic decisions on business expansion, market positioning, and operational improvements.

  • Address key challenges effectively to drive long-term success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–12 years of senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or in a top executive role within digital marketing or technology-driven industries.

  • Proven track record in digital transformation and successfully leading large-scale digital strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics, and performance optimization.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
