Job Description

Our two-year Management Trainee Programme (“the Programme”) is designed to cultivate young talents in the luxury retail and jewellery industry.

Programme Highlights:

Throughout this two-year programme, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge through:

  1. Rotations across various departments, including front-line and Mainland China positions
  2. Engagement in cross-functional projects
  3. Mentorship and guidance
  4. Exposure to international business environments

Requirements:

  • University graduates in any discipline with no more than three years of working experience and strong academic results
  • Passionate about pursuing a career in the luxury retail/jewellery industry
  • Strong ability to initiate innovative business ideas and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and learning agility
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media and multimedia software is advantageous
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Occasional travel to the Asia Pacific Region may be required
  • Must have the right of abode in Hong Kong & holder of Mainland Travel Permit
