Our two-year Management Trainee Programme (“the Programme”) is designed to cultivate young talents in the luxury retail and jewellery industry.
Programme Highlights:
Throughout this two-year programme, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge through:
- Rotations across various departments, including front-line and Mainland China positions
- Engagement in cross-functional projects
- Mentorship and guidance
- Exposure to international business environments
Requirements:
- University graduates in any discipline with no more than three years of working experience and strong academic results
- Passionate about pursuing a career in the luxury retail/jewellery industry
- Strong ability to initiate innovative business ideas and possess an entrepreneurial spirit
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media and multimedia software is advantageous
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
- Occasional travel to the Asia Pacific Region may be required
- Must have the right of abode in Hong Kong & holder of Mainland Travel Permit
