This is a remote position.
- B2B Focused Strategy: Leverage your B2B marketing experience to develop tailored outreach strategies, including cold email campaigns, that resonate with professional audiences.
- Audience Segmentation: Utilize data analytics to segment and target audiences effectively, ensuring personalized marketing messages.
- Hubspot Integration: Manage and optimize lead tracking and reporting within Hubspot, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales efforts.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive copy for digital campaigns, email outreach, and marketing materials, tailored to the exhibit and B2B industries.
- Analyzing HubSpot data to measure campaign performance and improve marketing strategies.
- Creating and managing workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes within HubSpot.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.

- You would describe yourself as a numbers person. You love using data to tackle problems. You feel at home in a spreadsheet and you have experience building a marketing engine.
- You have experience managing a growth marketing experimentation program. You programmatically ship experiments & measure results before scaling. You always have a handful of experiments running, with more in the backlog.
- You’ve run growth marketing or been a member of a small growth marketing team at a B2B startup in the past. We need someone that has an idea of what growth marketing is. But hey, if you don’t have experience, and can think of a way to convince us that you are the right person, there’s a chance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in exhibit marketing or B2B marketing is strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience managing B2B activities across marketing channels.
- Proficiency with Hubspot and familiarity with CRM integrations.
- Data-driven: Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Powe-Bi) for KPI tracking. Experienced in testing and optimization (A/B, multivariate testing).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging marketing messages.
- Growth Marketing: Creative problem solver with expertise in scaling and optimizing growth efforts.
- Extensive experience in HubSpot administration, including CMS website development and lead management.
