Coordinator, People & Culture

Job Description

  • Based at either our Melbourne Burwood or Geelong Waterfront Campus+ hybrid work arrangements
  • Full-time and continuing
  • HEW 7 $101,858 – $112,156 + 17% Superannuation

Are you the kind of person who thrives on making chaos look like calm? Do you have a knack for keeping things running smoothly while adding a sprinkle of fun to the mix? If you’re nodding along, keep reading – this could be the perfect role for you!

Here’s the deal:

We’re on the hunt for someone special – a friendly, organised superstar with an eagle eye for detail and the emotional intelligence to match. You’ll be supporting busy leaders who deal with confidential, complex matters, so you’ll need to be as comfortable managing diaries and coordinating activities as you are bringing positive vibes to the team.

A day in the life could look like this:

  • Juggling diaries like a pro, keeping everything on track.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and activities like a magician.
  • Supporting our leaders with care, confidentiality, and a touch of brilliance.
  • Staying three steps ahead and keeping things seriously organised.

We think you’ll be perfect if:

  • You’re friendly, fun, and have a natural ability to connect with people.
  • You notice the little things – because details matter to you.
  • You’ve worked with leaders and executives before and know what makes them tick.
  • Organisation is your middle name, and you can manage competing priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • You enjoy being part of a team that works hard but knows how to have a laugh along the way.

Why you’ll love working with us:

We’re not your average team. Sure, we work on big, important things, but we know life’s too short to take ourselves too seriously. Here, your ideas will be valued, your contributions recognised, and your personality celebrated.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in administration and related activities in a large and complex organisation
  • Experience in project management and ability to manage stakeholders to achieve project outcomes

Here’s how to apply:
