About the Role:

Join our AUS Bakery Ingredients procurement & risk management finance function as a Procurement Finance Analyst on a 12-months-FTC. This role focuses on providing national analysis, reporting insights, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business objectives with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop ingredient position and weekly performance reports, providing cost movements and performance tracker to senior management.
  • Enhance procurement financial modelling through connecting in supply chain, sales, and procurement teams.
  • Identify and escalate performance-impacting issues and propose solutions.
  • Conduct monthly review on variance analysis, inventory management, and risk and opportunities tracking and recommendations.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reviews.

About You:

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in using data analytical tools such as Power Query and Power BI, preferred experience in Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability in financial modelling and managing large data and interpreting data.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Globe, or similar tools is a plus.
