We are in an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month, have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M+ by top VC’s, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling this velocity even further!

Instant is seeking a Growth Marketer to join our team in Sydney. You’ll be executing on our marketing efforts in Australia across customer case studies, events, product education and CRM to help increase local awareness, supercharging our top-of-funnel lead generation in Australia.

You’ll work with our top brands to generate world-class video, written and story-form case studies, be responsible for organising paid and owned events end to end (which is currently one of our largest channels of growth), and work the the wider global marketing and creative teams to launch impressive growth campaigns, driving significant revenue to the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive top-of-funnel inbound demand generation in Australia
  • Own Instant’s attendance at all key retail events
  • Build written and video case studies of our top performing brands
  • Draft and create high quality and converting copy for our website and content
  • Develop educational resources to assist our customers in setting Instant’s products up correctly, or to educate them on our products value
  • Drive inbound lead generation through experimentation in Australia
  • Work with our partnerships and sales teams to host and organise owned events such as executive dinners and lunches
  • Overachieve monthly and quarterly inbound lead targets

  • Instant speed is next level! You’ll be expected to execute quickly, produce quality content fast, communicate effectively and iterate/pivot as necessary. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • You’re a self thinker with a strategic mindset, understanding areas of opportunity
  • You execute flawlessly (directly & via others) and take your projects across the finish line
  • Proven experience in growth marketing and content marketing. You’re able to make an immediate impact
  • Strong understanding and experience with SEO, content marketing strategies, and inbound lead generation
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a practical, results-driven approach
