Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing social media, conducting market research, and coordinating promotional activities. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to learn about marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and sponsorships.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and marketing databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
