Job Responsibility
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
- Perform onsite service at clients’ locations as and when required.
- To undertake any-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
- Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
- Initiative, fast learner and confident.
- Experience and knowledge in Samsung products will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shift, weekend and Public Holiday.
- Applicants must be willing to work in 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
