Job Responsibility

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
  • Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
  • Perform onsite service at clients’ locations as and when required.
  • To undertake any-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
  • Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
  • Initiative, fast learner and confident.
  • Experience and knowledge in Samsung products will be an added advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shift, weekend and Public Holiday.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
