- Adapt and innovate research practices including quantitative and qualitative user research projects to meet the team’s needs under time pressure
- Love people and take on the role of a sub-moderator in interview sessions
- Identifying and defining new opportunities for process improvement.
- Consulting the potential feature that makes the product truly relevant, and useful for the user
- Conduct secondary research on the market and competitors.
- Tasks include participating in building questionnaires for the survey and analyzing the resulting data.
- Manage the team’s data warehouse, organize and categorize insights into one system
- Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect the business vision with our human-centered design thinking and strategy, which facilitates delightful user experiences.
Requiremen
- t1-2 years or more in UX research or any other research experience
- .Have an overview of the whole flow when researching, not just each assigned tas
- kPatient, good listener, emotionally stable when working directly with user
- sExperience with survey tools (Survey Monkey, Google Form, Typeform…) and data analyzing tools (Excel, SPSS,…
- )Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical question
- sAbility to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
