  • Adapt and innovate research practices including quantitative and qualitative user research projects to meet the team’s needs under time pressure
  • Love people and take on the role of a sub-moderator in interview sessions
  • Identifying and defining new opportunities for process improvement.
  • Consulting the potential feature that makes the product truly relevant, and useful for the user
  • Conduct secondary research on the market and competitors.
  • Tasks include participating in building questionnaires for the survey and analyzing the resulting data.
  • Manage the team’s data warehouse, organize and categorize insights into one system
  • Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect the business vision with our human-centered design thinking and strategy, which facilitates delightful user experiences.


Requiremen

  • t1-2 years or more in UX research or any other research experience
  • .Have an overview of the whole flow when researching, not just each assigned tas
  • kPatient, good listener, emotionally stable when working directly with user
  • sExperience with survey tools (Survey Monkey, Google Form, Typeform…) and data analyzing tools (Excel, SPSS,…
  • )Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical question
  • sAbility to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
  • .Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholder
  • sHaving a progressive attitude, being eager to learn, and being strict with the quality of your output are important qualities to have
