Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Operations & Field Services at Leader Investment Group (LIG). The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, analyzing operations, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and budgeting for operational needs.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA or M.Sc. in Operations/Management) is a plus.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in operations, field management, or service delivery.
- Experience overseeing multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in process optimization, quality control, and team coordination.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership & Team Management: Ability to manage 20+ diverse operational teams and ensure smooth workflow.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to align daily operations with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Experience in optimizing efficiency and implementing best practices.
- Multi-Department Coordination: Experience working with diverse teams (e.g., call centers, inspections, cleaning, construction).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to handle operational challenges effectively.
- Communication & Reporting: Ability to provide structured reports to senior management and coordinate with supervisors.
- Technology & Data Proficiency: Familiarity with operational management software and data-driven decision-making.
