Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Malaysia. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting potential clients while building strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients in Malaysia, especially HR professionals and recruiters.
- Develop and nurture sales pipelines through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct product demos and educate potential customers on the benefits of KitaHQ.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Requirements
- Domicile in Malaysia
? Experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the recruitment/job portal industry.
? Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment solutions is a plus.
