We’re seeking a smart, proactive, and agile marketer who thrives in a global team. Reporting to the European Marketing Lead, your mission will be to increase active users and engagement on the platform.

Versatility is key, the ideal candidate should have business development orientation, analytical thinking, deep understanding of digital marketing and communication instruments and pro-active position.

This is a full-time role with a hybrid work model, combining remote and office work.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic product marketing planning for Greece
  • Execute and optimize local marketing activities to drive market growth and key product adoption.
  • Develop and implement user acquisition campaigns, retention initiatives, and content marketing strategies aligned with current market trends and KPIs.
  • Support market research and customer insights analysis, providing localized findings to shape strategy.
  • Identify, prospect, and manage new and existing partnerships across mobile and media landscapes to drive long-term value, in line with Business Development goals.
  • Coordinate local activities with Sales, Retention, Creative, Product Development, and Analytics teams.
  • Ensure strong local PR traction by developing and executing targeted PR strategies
  • Collaborate with and manage the local marketing & PR agencies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within international companies (preferably in the IT sector)
  • Fluent in English, with professional experience using it in the workplace
  • Strong understanding of key marketing KPIs and strategies to influence them.
  • Expertise in marketing tools for user acquisition, growth, engagement and retention
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Data.ai, and Tableau
  • Knowledge of marketing research methodologies and tools
  • Experience in media planning and understanding of media KPIs
