Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering, Biology, Medical Biology Genetics,
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in life sciences and healthcare (2 years’ experience will not be required for Pharmacy graduates – new graduates will also be considered)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP/GDP,
  • Following GMP/GDP guidelines and manage quality systems of the LSHC site,
  • Focusing on needs of customers, driving the team to meet service levels,
  • Advanced level in both written and spoken English,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Preferably residing near to Esenyurt area,

Job Description

  • Assuring that quality KPIs are followed by all employees and department.
  • Managing SOPs and ensuring that current policy and procedures are followed among the site.
  • Preparing quarterly/monthly business review presentations and lead customer meetings
  • Assuring that no critical observation points are received from global and local inspections.
  • Managing and following Ministry of Health regulations, cGMP/GDP compliance activities
  • Working as a back-up of Responsible Pharmacist
  • Following all quality topics as Deviations, Customer Complaints, Corrective/Preventive Actions, Change Management
  • Providing trainings to employees
  • Attending audits and perform self-inspections.
  • Assuring that Good Documentation Practices are followed among the site.
