Sales Growth Director (up to $120k base + Commission – OTE: $240k)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and scale the sales function while managing your own pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage with internet entrepreneurs, coaches, and mentors to onboard them successfully.
  • Build and refine a repeatable, scalable sales model to accelerate growth.
  • Optimize sales strategies to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team.
  • Foster a strong sales culture focused on results and collaboration.
  • Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track performance and improve key sales metrics.
  • Leverage data to optimize conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve retention.
  • Work closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide feedback to improve offerings and enhance customer success.

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech startups.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to develop and optimize sales processes for scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
