Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR Operations to manage and enhance our HR processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding and exit processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and implementing HR automation tools for operational efficiency. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage employee data and generate insightful MIS reports for HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Exit Management:

Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Handle Full and Final (F&F) settlements and ensure timely completion of exit formalities.

Conduct employee orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies and culture.

2. HR Policy Adherence & Compliance:

Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

Regularly review and update policies to align with industry standards and organizational needs.

3. HR Automation & Process Efficiency:

Utilize HRMS and automation tools to streamline processes such as payroll, attendance, and employee data management.

Identify and implement solutions to improve HR operational efficiency.

4. Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate employee records and manage documentation processes.

Prepare and generate MIS reports for HR analysis, audits, and decision-making.

5. HR Process Optimization:

Continuously identify areas for improvement in HR operations and recommend innovative solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into HR functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR process automation.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in HRMS and other HR automation tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage HR processes effectively.

Strong data management and analytical skills for maintaining employee records and generating MIS reports.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and management teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in BPO, E-commerce, or Healthcare industries is a plus.

Hands-on experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.
