The Role:

The Financial Analyst will support effective financial decision-making across the region by delivering excellent business partnering, insightful management reporting, analysis, and annual budgeting & forecast processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience of influencing senior non-finance staff, including relationship building, explaining financial information clearly and concisely, and influencing senior management decisions based on an understanding of the wider business.
  • Proficiency in Management Information Systems and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and development.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in handling financial information.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in a financial analysis role.
