Clay Cooley Nissan of Duncanville is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and professional Internet Sales Manager to assist in developing and maintaining our sales force. We are committed to hiring a highly skilled performer with a proven success record, integrity, and strong communication skills to provide exceptional experiences for our customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Works directly with the Internet Sales Team to develop enriching relationships to establish a strong network of clients and prospects. The Internet Sales Manager oversees CRM utilization.
• Demonstrates leadership by establishing clear goals and objectives for the sales-oriented performance. The Internet Sales Manager develops and maintains the new hire and interview process for the Internet Sales Team.
• Engages and motivates the Internet Sales Team to achieve performance objectives by facilitating regular sales training for ongoing team growth.
• Ensures success through a high level of involvement in day-to-day internet operations and sales projections.
• Analyzes business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to enhance the performance of the Internet Sales Team.

Employee Prerequisites

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Experience in marketing, web administration, lead administration, or inventory management. Expertise of Automotive CRM Software is a bonus.
• Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality management.
