Job Responsibility

  • Scheduling monthly service appointments with customers.
  • Coordinating technician assignments and job routes.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
  • Creating and dispatching quotes and proposals.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous and accurate with a highly committed attitude.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and a people person.
  • Ability to Multitask and remain Motivated and Positive.
  • Commitment to working Efficiently and accurately.
