  • Supply Forecast and Planning:
  • Develop robust forecasting and planning approach ensuring sufficient supply of fleets (2W, 4W, Trucks), manpower, and freights (RORO, Air).
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as growth target for each LSP to ensure sufficient supply for operational needs.
  • Program Strategy and Growth:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth and expansion of the LSP program, including identifying new partnerships and incubating their growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, feedback, and operational data to identify areas for program enhancement.
  • Partner Management and Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with LSP partners, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new LSP partners, conduct training programs, and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Regularly engage with LSP partners to understand their challenges, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance their operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Program Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze program performance metrics, operational data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports and present insights to senior management, highlighting program achievements, challenges, and recommended solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and make informed decisions regarding program enhancements and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations, strategy, and legal/ compliance teams, to align program objectives with broader company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Extensive experience in program management, logistics, or supply chain with at least 10 years of working experience with leadership, including managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and navigate complex operational and regulatory environments.
  • Amenable to being assigned to Mandaluyong City
