Senior Product Manager – Fund and Alternative Investments

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product onboarding and manage internal stakeholders for our fund and alternative investment products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of investment products, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for new fund and alternative investment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between investment teams, compliance, and operations to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Regularly engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on product performance and strategy.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and strategy.
• Analyze product performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
• Develop training materials and programs for internal stakeholders to enhance their understanding of fund and alternative investment products.
• Provide ongoing support and expertise to sales and client relationship teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CAIA) would be a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management within banking.
• Proven track record in product onboarding and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
