Requirements
Have 05+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Business Management, Information Systems, or related discipline
Experience in programming languages, including LLM fine-tuning and RAG system development using agents, Python, GCP, Vertex AI, and SQL
Competent in creating and managing ML pipelines in the Vertex AI/GCP environment for data cleaning and other LLM-based applications
Experience with alternative technology stacks such as Vector DBs, Graph DB, ML ops best practices, ML pipeline optimization, recommendation engines would also be considered valuable.
Must be comfortable working in an agile environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and exposure to client-facing projects
Experience in PowerBI/ Google Looker is a plus
Responsibilities
Understand and leverage diverse data resources effectively for decision-making.
Analyze complex, high-volume data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
Develop algorithms and predictive models through data modeling processes.
Design, build, deploy, and manage machine learning pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute critical business insights.
Lead insights innovation and mentor team members to enhance data science capabilities
