Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified talent to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of recruitment best practices. This role reports directly to the HR team lead and collaborates closely with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Source potential candidates through various online and offline channels.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in evaluating candidates and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and provide relevant documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company recruitment policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and generate periodic reports for management.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer visibility.
  • Engage in initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and company culture.

Skills required:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the automotive or service industry.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
