Job Title: HR Manager Performance

Location: Islamabad (Onsite)

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Salary Range: 120,000 to 140,000 PKR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Design and execute performance appraisal programs, including KPIs and OKRs.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify training and development needs.
  • Address performance-related concerns and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and motivation.
  • Generate performance reports and recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance management and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of performance appraisal systems and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and performance tracking tools.
  • Experience in the telecom industry (preferred).
