Are you an analytical and communicative person? We are looking for someone in charge of financial performance analysis for key monitoring processes within the Purchasing scope.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the production and analysis of monthly and forecast reports, integrating the Business Partner’s needs in a continuous improvement process, and perform accounting and budget closures.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards.
  • Define and supervise the approach to support the Purchasing business on input costs and quantify the impacts.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and update procedures and reference materials.
  • Formalize the Rolling Forecast, Budget, and Plan processes, and lead the BOP budget cycle.
  • Define, lead, and deploy the roadmap for the digitization of Purchasing Management Control (BPO), including the expression of needs for new tools and reports.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business and finance or similar.
  • Proven experience in operational controlling.
  • Strong knowledge of Purchasing Controlling and in reporting.
  • Strong knowledge in working with databases (expert in Excel, Power BI)
  • Fluent in English. Ability to report and communicate in a fully English-speaking work environment.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, effective communication, customer-focused, capable of working independently and collaboratively and meet deadlines.
