About The Role
The Global Growth Director is responsible for growing the Kings League’s global audience and its digital presence. This role will oversee the strategy and execution of initiatives aimed at growing the audience and its fanbase. The ideal candidate will lead marketing strategies, data-driven campaigns, digital product development and will work together with the content, social media and marketing teams to position Kings League as a leader in the global sports and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
- Audience Growth & Fan Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Kings League’s global audience, with a focus on fan acquisition and retention.
- Identify and target new demographics and markets for expansion.
- Build and nurture partnerships to amplify reach and visibility.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive fan acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Lead creative development for global marketing initiatives, including digital ads, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
- Manage budgets and resources to maximize campaign ROI.
- Design the global strategy and work with every local Marketing team to implement it.
- Digital Product Leadership:
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and innovation of digital platforms, including the website, mobile app, CRM systems, and Kings League Fantasy.
- Lead the development and launch of the first Kings League App ever.
- Ensure seamless user experience and engagement across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and services.
- Data Analytics & Insights:
- Lead the collection, analysis, and application of data to optimize campaigns, platforms, and user experiences.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all efforts are measurable and aligned with overall business goals.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Build and manage a high-performing growth team.
- Foster collaboration across departments, including content, marketing and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 10+ years in growth, marketing, or digital leadership roles, ideally in sports, entertainment, media industries or start-ups.
- Proven track record in audience growth, fan acquisition, digital product management, and marketing campaign success.
- Expertise in digital platforms (Web, App, CRM, Fantasy sports).
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of global marketing strategies and fan acquisition.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of fan behavior and trends.
