Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the insurance marketing team by designing and producing various sales enablement materials, including presentations, digital documents, and promotional assets, ensuring high-quality, visually compelling outcomes.
  • Collaborate on digital projects such as web pages and multimedia content, contributing creative solutions and adhering to brand guidelines while focusing on user experience and engagement.
  • Assist with video content creation (if skills allow), bringing dynamic motion graphics and visual storytelling to life, and enhancing the team’s ability to produce multimedia campaigns.
  • Receives general supervision and guidance from more experienced team members.
  • Follows department processes, procedures, and client requirements; may make recommendations and/or implement improvements/ solutions.
  • Participates in Internship Program activities and events, including onboarding, educational activities, information sessions, product demos, and social events.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of substantial graphic design experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Experience in graphic design across print and digital mediums is essential, with proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with basic web design principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, or WordPress) and motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
  • A compelling portfolio that displays a wide range of creative design work, emphasizing digital and print media.
