What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on track with requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes.
• Identify and resolve issues with team members and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee contract execution.
• Ensure project profitability by maintaining cost efficiency and resource allocation.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and transition documentation to ensure smooth implementation.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and identify new client opportunities.
• Drive customer satisfaction throughout project execution and transition.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and improvement areas.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or ERP system implementation.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
