Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 11pm-8pm EST
Location : Remote
Compensation Range (hourly, non-exempt): $45K
Candidates can reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI
Purpose Of Position
The Success Coordinator (SC) works with potential students who are seeking career advancement or a career change, with an interest in the institution’s programs. An ideal SC team member has previous sales and or call center experience. They are upbeat, driven and proven relationship builders. A track record of success in the handling high level call volumes and handling rejection.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicating with prospective students via telephone or email to help them make informed decisions by providing ethical, timely, accurate information regarding general information about the school’s accreditation, education programs and importance of career consultations.
- Identifying prospective students’ professional and educational goals, pairing them with the correct campus and scheduling options.
- Ensuring a positive student experience by establishing a professional rapport with prospective students, helping resolve any challenges or issues they may encounter prior to attending their career consultation.
- Responsible for a monthly quota, while managing his/her lead pipeline, and reporting personal performance to their supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED – Required
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field; or a combination of education and experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
- Proficiency in computer systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to think outside the box.
