Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Coordination

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders to foster growth and collaboration across the IT department.
  • Ensure efficient resource and budget management to drive cost-effectiveness.
  • Promote continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improvement within the teams.

Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Applications

  • Develop security strategies and continuity plans for IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure consistent performance, conducting risk assessments and implementing security enhancements.
  • Manage IT assets and budgets, maintaining alignment with US standards for equipment and processes.

Production Systems (Industrial Control Systems)

  • Support and advise on the management and security of production systems, ensuring reliability across manufacturing.
  • Oversee IT interventions and upgrades in production environments to enhance continuity and security.

Data, Analytics, and AI

  • Develop data and analytics strategies to support data-driven business decisions and AI integration.
  • Set up data governance structures, enabling practical use of data across teams.

Project Management and Stakeholder Communication

  • Drive IT project management, ensuring projects meet budget and timeline requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on IT initiatives, providing regular updates on progress and impact.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to infrastructure, production, and data analytics.
  • Lead strategic roadmap development with a focus on long-term IT growth and process optimization.

How does our ideal candidate look like?

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 8 years of IT management experience, with a track record of leading multiple teams.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure, security, production systems, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks and standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001, NIS2, EU AI Act).
  • Experience with industrial control systems and manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in data management, analytics platforms, and AI/Machine Learning.
